    The wheel is completely a fake program. When you spin for the first time a variable in the code it set to 1. The program recognizes that value and plays the video. Everytime you spin with account the variable is increased by one, so I the video will never show up again. Also, when the wheel is spun a secret and separate variable randomly selects a number, probably from 1-100. If the key number is selected then the wheel will land on the win. The wheel doesn't randomly spin; it spins based on the variable that is selected.

    as frustrating as it is, the way Jimmy set this up is smart. Make the first one always a win, then people will feel like their chances of winning are higher then they really are. But also tbh this doesnt seem like something he would try, I think someone else made that a thing
