Wet bars were popular in the 80’s & early 90’s. What a nice property. Too bad the house is in such rough shape because the property itself seems nice.

Look good inside just go work clean it up not that bad

I would put siding on it replace the roof and deck and cleanup around the yard and uncover the pool see if it worth keeping or close it in.

Love the layout of the house! Such a shame that house has gone to waste.

It's not nearly a loss yet. A buyer could start by replacing the decks & repairing & staining the exterior. While also replacing the carpet & damaged flooring downstairs. Address the wall holes & then give the place a heck of a house cleaning. From there, gradually replace kitchen appliances, HVAC, water heater, as needed. One good thing - the interior wall paint looks brand new? If it hasn't molded yet, that's a big cost savings :) (This looks like GA. Is it?)
