My wife had breast cancer back in 2001. The doctors prescribed chemo. She had a double mastectomy and said no to the chemo. She instead went to acupuncture and meditation. The doctors told her she would die if she did this. She just had her birthday. At 67 she is still living the life.

I've been a substitute teacher in California for 6 years. I'm seeing more and more "new arrivals" in the classrooms of our district in the past 3 years. Students from Central America form the majority. They are disruptive and off task, compared to students from Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. They would chat in Spanish among themselves and watch Spanish content on their phones so their progress in English is extremely slow. Not a good situation for all parties involved.
