He is a Pew Scholar in Biomedical Research, an American Federation of Aging Research mid-career scientist. Very interesting! A bit disappointed he did not mention Non-24, which mostly affects blind people but also some sighted (then again, it only affects something like 1 in 2000 to 3 in 10000 according to different sources on wikipedia, quite the span but in any case pretty rare). I turn my day every day. My eating is completely random as well. Seriously considering restricting it to a tighter window now.
