Everyone can make a great Ciabatta Bread at home with this easy process. For Ciabatta, we'll be using biga, which is a pre-fermented dough that will give our bread a great flavour and a super airy and open crumb. This Ciabatta is perfect for sandwiches and it includes also a small percentage of whole wheat flour for great elasticity and lightness.
