Man I love the fact that Andy is showing us the recipes instead of hiding them all away so that people are forced to buy it. I love how Andy doesn't try to "spruce things up" - just cooked from scratch with incredible technique using quality ingredients and classic recipes. Especially tomato soup and grilled cheese, people seem to try too hard to make it fancy (my pet peeve is bell peppers in tomato soup, which seems to be very in vogue). This makes me want to eat!
