When Mila and Morphle see smoke coming from Mr. Vanderboos' yard, Morphle turns into a mini firetruck to spray water over the fence. Turns out they've drenched Mr. Vanderboos, who, with barky, is just trying to barbeque! Mila and Morphle apologize and patrol the town for fires they can help put out. Mila smells smoke coming from the park! Morphle turns into a full-sized firetruck and sprays water at it. Once again they've drenched Mr. V., who, with Barky, just wants to BBQ somewhere in peace! When he finally goes with barky to a big firepit on the empty beach, a gust of wind off the ocean causes his coals to become a tall flame! A real firetruck responds to his calls for help. Mila and Morphle help Firefighter Stacey try to put out the fire with water, until it spreads down a line of dry seaweed that surrounds Barky! Morphle turns into a dumptruck and smothers all of the fire with sand. Barky is saved! But Mr. V. Is no where to be seen. Barky finds him comically buried up to his neck in Morphle's pile of sand and digs him out!
