If you're trying to keep up with your elders dying, then the sacrifice ritual and ascend ritual are your friends. You're only using the ascend ritual. The sacrifice ritual is the second ritual you unlock through story progression. Also, the Natural Burial Doctrine is helpful in getting rid of your dead and production of fertilizer. (EDIT) the elders are not productive at all so it is better to get rid of them as soon as possible. Because of this I always take the Good Die Young and sacrifice, ascend, or feed the Elder a deadly dish as soon as I can. (if you feed everyone and then cook the preferred meal, you can tell one of your followers to eat said meal) The feasting ritual is 1000 times better than the fasting ritual because if you run out of food then you can feed your cultists with the feasting ritual at the cost of bones. If you play this game again, I would suggest that you focus on building lumber yards and stone yards while you still have the big trees and big rocks in your cult I would suggest that you slow down and read the descriptions (and instructions in the case of knucklebones) you will make fewer mistakes you will regret later on.

I really hope Skyes does 200 days in Sons of the Forest.

I found your videos recently and one of the reasons I love them is that there are subtitles. I’m very hard of hearing so even having the volume at max doesn’t help sometimes and you can’t rely on YouTube’s autogenerated subtitles so it’s nice that I can follow along and know what’s going on.
