10 Minute Strength Training Workout for Beginners & Seniors // Full Body with Weights

Welcome to this quick and effective total body strength workout! We will work all the major muscle groups using a light to medium pair of dumbbells (I'm using 4 lbs) in just 10 minutes. I encourage you to do the video a second time for another set if you would like more of a challenge or faster results.
All exercises are performed in a standing position and most are compound exercises so we are exercising multiple body parts at once. Always go at your own pace. You do you!

    I love the 10 minute workout. I can do it alone, add it to other workouts to complete my daily hour or repeat it 2 or 3 times for lots of reps. I also like that it doesn't have warm-ups or cool-downs because if you are combining routines, you don't need that each time. I'm sticking to my goal and feeling stronger and sleeping better.
