  • I bought this machine second hand over a year ago and it's just been sitting collecting dust because I've been too intimidated to use it. This video has really helped me out and I feel like I can finally give it a go! Thank you for uploading this video!

I'm a reseller(scavenger...if you want to be a dick about it.) I found this machine curbside by the dumpster at a Goodwill. Yeah. They threw it out. (They throw it all kinds of stuff so does every other place$$). Luckily I was there to save it. When doing research on pricing to sell, I was introduced to this weird, interesting and semi secretive world of custom embroidery. I'm intrigued and I've decided to invest in the machine instead of sell it so I'm learning everything I can. Every other video I've seen makes this bad boy seem intimidating and downright scary. It's almost like they want you to give up before you start.😏 this one has me feeling a lot better like, "hey guys it's not so bad!" Im sure the rabbit hole goes much further as far as the secrets of the machine, but this video makes it seem like an easygoing, afternoon stroll to the start of that massive tunnel. Accompanied by calm, encouraging words and finally an ever-so-gentle shove over the edge of oblivion... its a lot like my dad teaching me how to swim...off the high dive. Minus the catchy soundtrack. Well. I've been treading water for thirty-eight years since and honestly this stitch devouring behemoth has nothing on me. Thanks😎

Thanks!. Recovering from back surgery I needed to learn some new hobby and I found a PE770 on Craigslist with some software added, for only $400. I embroidered some aprons for my wife's volunteers at her church and now she has no shortage of volunteers, they just want to wear one of the aprons! Two have already disappeared but the aprons are $12 for a three pack at Sam's Club and the embroidery thread goes a long ways so I'll just make more. Now my co-workers want some for their fundraisers. Thanks for the videos. I don't care too much for the hoop attach either, but I find if I hold the spring latch back it drops in pretty well.
  • This was a perfect video. You've took you're time and explained everything so well. I was able to follow without and problems. I've just opened my machine. I'm about to start embrodering now. I'll let you know how it turns out. Thank you so much!

I just have to tell you... and now I'm seeing this guy's comment below (ignore it): I started watching this video because I was at my WITS END with this machine (PE 770). It's a month old and I'm very new to embroidery. My thread kept getting caught and breaking. So I wanted to watch this video for help. Because you showed that clip of you making a mistake and removing the bobbin case, I said, "WHAT?! You can remove that??" And so I did. And guess what I found in there? A mound of bobbin thread. PROBLEM SOLVED. I was ready to throw this machine into the street. I had no idea you could look in there. I KNEW something was caught and I thought I was looking everywhere possible. I'm on a Facebook group and I got a bunch of suggestions. But NONE of them said to look in there. It's not screwed on, so of course it's meant for the user to open. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
  • Just purchased this machine. Thanks for the tutorial. LOL at "did that just happen?!?!"

How does the machine tell where the different colors go?
