You broke the solenoid Matt. In my Jeep I ran the “control box” up under the hood so it wouldn’t get messed up. And if you use a snatch block you can double the pulling power of your winch; if you run the winch line back to the truck. You can also change direction with a snatch block. Just make sure you get one rated high enough.

You need to put a demo ranch logo on the hood and on the doors 🦅 Abel would look ten times cooler

Its 19 seconds for the 5 ton and it doesn't show when the hmmwv is at 10 mph but if I had to guess I'd say 10 to 60 is like 20 seconds. Did I earn a tshirt?!? .... dang lol

The next thing you should do is get rid of those two electric winch on there and use them for what they were made for a 3/4 or 1 ton pickup. Put the right winch on that truck a ( PTO ) Power Take Off winch that those trucks came with. They run off the power of the engine instead of a little electric motor. They will make those electric winches look like a tinker toy. I have one on my 1977 Ford F-150 4x4 shortbox that thing is way over kill but will pull anything I want with ease and has more than 200 feet of 1/2 inch cable on the drum.

I can just imagine those kids will always remember moments like riding in the humvee and the 5 ton! Matt= childhood hero
