I would rather the 100% completion rewards be just a postcard or "you did it" message, because otherwise you would be FORCED to complete every tedious mission just to access whatever cool feature they give you. Its the very same reason why there is no real reward for getting every Korok in Botw... Because getting all of them would SUCK, so they intentionally make the reward lackluster so that players don't feel obligated to do it. 100% completion should be optional.

⚠️ SPOILER ALERT (for those who didn't watch the video until the end): Something that you didn't mention: "So many "?" Blocks, but none has a power-up."

Quizzes are fun. They are "easy" because you have the Mario universe knowledge, which will taken in account and not ask questions from another universe.

What I hate in a Mario game is when I mess up a wall jump
  • Tbh the sphynx that gives u riddles was actually fun everything else is SO RELATABLE THO 😂

One of the worst ones is the dogs in oddyssey stealing your hat randomly when your doing something like trickjumping

@InfiniteBits, when I was watching video, when number 15 appeared, I've unlocked a memory: A few years ago, me and my older brother were playing Super Mario Galaxy 2 and my brother was Mario while I was the Luma. We had done lot of progress when we played the game different times before but then... Rightside Down Galaxy's second mission: The Great Crate Incinerator. My brother was going nuts while retrying many different times while I wasn't distracting him.

In 68, softlocks in Mario maker, one of the levels shown is from the YouTube odyssey central.

I hate that coins serve basically no purpose. I don't care about my "score" and I don't know anyone in the modern day who actually does (outside of "minimum score challenges" of course). In Odyssey it was GREAT because coins could be used to buy outfits, but in every other Mario game they're basically worthless.

for number 85, its actually not true that it's random luck. Mario will turn and look at the correct pipe to go into if you are near it
  • 13:17 I honestly think this works better in the Galaxy games because the missions are more linear than they are in Super Mario 64 and Sunshine.
  • As a Mario fan I agree with everything but you forgot one thing we hate The existence of the lost levels

Dark levels: That one dark boat level in world 6 of nsmbw Yes I like it, not because of the dark though, but because it has more visibility than most. Nsmb2 dark levels: €ñd My ẞμ££€Rïⁿg

I have always hated the classic 2D Mario powerup system because if you lose your powerup, you are missing out on the fun because all you can do is run and jump and by the time you find another powerup, half the level is already behind you. I also hated when you always start the level as small Mario after dying because you either have to play very carefully through half or even the entire level without special powers or just replay 1-1 to get a powerup. Super Mario Bros Wonder's badge system solves most of this problem, and the 3 health system of 3D Mario games allows you to use all your abilities regardless of how much health you have.
  • 28 The physics aren't random, actually they're much worse, they're pre determined, they want to force you to the top center of the board, and will constantly do that because using the launcher sets a flag on mario, doing any fludd input before completing the movement arc messes it up and guarantees your downfall. The best way to get through it is just don't touch the controls until you land and hope you can manuever yourself to each coin, which is hard because mario will now ve polarized and will be oushed if he tries to enter the left side of the machine where he launched from. It's honestly miss info that it's random, and spreading that only feeds it's power.

17:40 I think the greatest offenders are Mario RPGs released in 2012-2016, because a story IS important here (hi, Sticker Star)
