perfect work both on the bike and editing the video ! I found myself smiling when I saw the two bikes next to each other.. on your next video please start the 750 so we can hear the sound..

Great work. Good to see these babies being brought back to life, as they well deserve.

Put the 750 next to the current 1200 and still I think that the 750 is the prettier bike. Beefier, cooler, harder. Maybe I'm getting old :)

Hello... I bought the bike for £800 (British Pounds). Then spent about £2500 on the restoration: new chain, brakes, discs, new seals, original exhaust, carbs rebuilt, new clutch, rebuilt wheels, new cams, new cam chain, new battery, powder coated frame, swing arm, rebuilt forks, rebuilt swing arm/bearings, rebuilt engine, new tyres. Bike is now back to factory original specification and looks brand new. The bike has now covered 500 miles and is perfect. I plan to keep the bike - will use in the summer only. My daily bike is an XTZ1200 Super Tenere - that is far easier to ride than the 750!

Absolutely great work. I would like to restore mine. Please could you tell me what kind of colors you used for the engine? Spray or powder? And the ral? Thank you

Really nice job! Question: what about the repair pistons of the bigger size, +0,25; +0,50? Did yamaha purchase it, or only standard ones? I know many of them, case to the high mileage needs new pistons. Thank you! Hello from Russia!

Awesome restoration! One question though, since I'm interested in buying one, from what year did they change the oil pump gears to plastic? Cheers!
