We still hasn't seen Vi at full potential, everytime she has faced Jinx she has been holding back, other way we still dosen't know what Jinx can really do with her new shimmer powers but they dosen't tend to be permanent. Everyone we have seen who has used shimmer needs new dosis to activate their boost.
