I should have come said hi. That field is about 5 blocks from my house. I've been eyeing that field but haven't had a chance to get out and detect it yet. It's used by the riverside soccer club which would explain the Evergreen Stingers pin you found. It's packed with kids and adults during the summer. I'm surprised that you didn't find much older stuff out there. That site has a ton of history from the late 1800's to early 1900's as it was used by the military. The old style houses that surround the field were used as officers quarters and barracks by the US military during that time. It's a HUGE field so there's gotta be some goods hidden around there somewhere. Great video as always. Looking forward to your next one!

Another good one. Thanks for the trip. I used to like those Home Depot waist aprons ($.97) to keep all my finds in. That way you didn't get your pockets full of dirt. :-)
  • I would like to see you do a Pay Dirt review on Jeff Williams and slim paydirt it costs 59.99 for one pound of dirt.
  • The house we moved to that is in the country was built in 1917. I am goin to work extra hard to get a metal detector this year.

Awesome location. The history on those buildings on W Princeton is really cool. Great place to go hunting. Thanks for sharing.
  • Evergreen stingers. That what is would have felt like if you pricked your thumb with that pin! lol

I'd work that sidewalk strip you showed in the beginning. Problems with that field is, not old enough and. It only had a few years for silver also. Everyone and their grandmother detected it. Need to find those areas few people detected not the normal area's anyone would hunt like the center of fields like that. Now I say these things with the most respect, I've been detecting for 14 years. You helped me with Bitcoin I want to help you with detecting. Trust what I have to say and I'll have you finding silver coins and jewelry in no time! Keep @ it and HH !!

  • Areet man! Have you ever tried detecting where a traveling circus or other events have been?we got a field near me where the hoppins go to every year for carnival day with lots of drunk people dropping cash! I been wanting to check it out sometime.

Great video love the adventures you take us on, I miss the live streams :( keep it going can't wait to watch the next one!
  • You should present, in writing, your request in such a way that they will see that you are really performing a community service by ridding the parks of trash that can, potentially be harmful to children and adults if they fall the certain objects. Good video Shane and a great way to get some exercise
  • I used to enjoy metal detecting. Back won't allow it anymore. Glad to see others doing it
