The court made no ruling. The court only gave directions. The court has clearly said that this is a government matter, the court cannot interfere here. The students also asked the government for reforms but the government then showed the court to the students. Why? To kill the students? The Supreme Court also did not want to take any responsibility on the quota issue. Today, the court has only given a roadmap on how quotas can be structured. But the government can do more or less if it wants. The essence of today's verdict is: If the government wants to keep 7% quota or if the government wants to increase the quota of freedom fighters to 50% or more up to 99%.
