Hello! I know I haven't really posted in a hot minute, but like everyone 2020 has been a ride. This poem is very dear to me because I have struggled with self love for as long as I can remember and it is a very tough lesson to learn. You have to take care of yourself before you can take care of others, believe me I am learning that the hard way. I truly hope that whoever listens to this or is reading this is having a wonderful day, or as great as you can make it. Please remember to take care of yourself and give yourself time if you are going through a rough patch in life.

Just take one day at a time and breathe.
