We come to this physical plane many times in different bodies until we realize that true happiness is not found by fulfilling physical desires but by attuning with the higher consciousness of the Divine, and expressing that in thought and action. By the practice of yoga meditation we can shift our attention from our mortal form and ego-nature to our true nature as an immortal soul — a completely unique reflection of omnipresent Spirit.

Awesome talk on reincarnation, Samsakars and past incarnations teaching us that desires lead to reincarnation. Yoga meditation and Divine love are the two key words to take away home. The creator loved us when we were created as souls gives lot of strength to know. The example of ten year old boy in the summer camp and that of a glass convey such a deep meaning. This talk is worth listening to again and again. An unforgettable talk!!
