3:42 As someone attracted to both, I feel you are sorely mistaken. Have you forgotten Professor Gigachad, or that homeroom teacher Jacq, or the Ice gym leader Grusha. And I assure you, Brassius fulfills a specific niche of male attractiveness, you wouldn't get it. I would argue the male/female attractiveness is equal so far.

I do appreciate how the Team Star grunts actually have different skin tones and hair colors. YES! Finally! Does this mean this will be the same for regular trainer classes too? We already had it with the nameless town NPCs in SwSh, so this would seem like a natural step.

I’m just glad we got some much needed context on the 3 storylines, one is taking down the “crime” syndicate in this area, the other is discovering untold history of a specific item/Pokémon and then theirs the OG story line of just fighting the Pokémon league.

Im so happy Team Star isnt part of the same story as the Legendary Pokemon. Allows for them to be more of a focus than just a means to an end.

What I most expect is that the way the three paths you can take on this game are properly developed, previously we had gym battles, fighting the rebellious group and investigating the legendary Pokémon all in the same “quest line” so to speak, and most of the time one element outshines the other or some parts feel like afterthoughts. Here in scarlet and violet I expect each route you take to feel properly implemented since you can tackle each one directly Edit: VIOLENT

I have been, since the reveal of Paldea being based on Portugal and Spain, dead set on a town that has the Bagon line as their sort of 'mascot' pokemon of the town; And now that Salamence is back, I'm going full steam ahead with it. My reasoning as to why: Region is based on Spain. The game has an academy as its focal point. And one of the most important university cities in Spain (also sharing its name with the province)? Salamanca. It's too easy to pass up.

I really like what they're doing so far. Team Star feels like it belongs here due to the school theme than what Team Yell felt like. I feel like gym leaders may fall into a theme instead of monotype but hey I can dream right.
