Pretty badass tool you have made. Here's an idea to stop weeds from growing, after trimming just cover the soil with layers of cardboard and add mulch on top of cardboard. The mulch can be woodchips, straw, leafs, pine needles. About 5-10 cm should be enough. The mulch and the cardboard will break down overtime. It will give an natural forest floor look while benefiting the soil and not letting weeds to grow. It will also prevent the soil from drying out or the water to evaporate.

This guy made my day. The best was marking hole with the calliper ! Accidental cutting floor in the garage 5:15 can be forgiven. Attempts of destroying overloaded Stihl engine cannot be.
