It was the complete opposite for me. I was the very skinny kid, and I was often bullied because of that. My grandparents would constantly feed me with junk food because they thought I would gain some weight, and that's how I became addicted to fast-food...

4:45 I was watching this video and the moment he said "I was trying to lose weight, but there was one problem" a food delivery add popped up bro 💀💀
  • This is so relatable, thanks. When I was growing up, I was the fat kid and the tall kid. I mean, the REALLY tall kid. Like, I’m 13 yo and 6 ft 3 inches. But even though I exercised all the time, going to an outdoor school, doing swimming, ballet, PT, basically being on a bike 24/7 in summer, and weight lifting weights to the point of being able to sled push 500 lbs 70 ft, I was still fat. The being tall peice just made me weigh more, and I hated that. Remember, there is a difference being fat and being overweight, just be healthy and happy with your body.

I grew up as a bigger kid, in elementary school it wasn't very noticeable, I was still the hyperactive always running kind of kid, but it became much more noticeable in middle school. I just always asked my parents for the worst food to be eating for dinner, and I ate snacks all the time. My dad works for a vending machine company so you can just imagine the kinds of snacks and treats he was bringing home that I would just eat every day. My wakeup call didn't come until my sophomore year of high school, or 10th grade. I have always been self conscious of my weight but when I stepped on a scale and it said 200, I knew I finally had to do something. Long story short I started a bit more intense diet and intense workout and after 3 or 4 months I lost 40 pounds, going from 200 to 160 by the end of Sophomore year. If I'm being honest I couldn't have kept going without some super supportive friends.

I couldn't relate more to this video. I was a fat kid since 3rd grade. I was always bullied for being fat which honestly made it 10x worse. What I learned from this video was that parents really need to teach their kids good eating habits and that it's not okay to teach your children to bully others just because someone else is fat / plus sized.

I was fat in grade school, got thin in high school. Got fat again in college, and fuck me, it got worse now in medical school. And studying about how being fat has a lot of risk factors to a lot of diseases is not a good feeling. Thankfully, during college and in med school, not a lot of people really care about your build. I'm lucky enough that my medical school batch mates are gym bros and I got invited to join their gym sessions from time to time.
  • I was also really chubby growing up. I was not a stereotypical fat girl. Adults really liked me because my facial structure hasn't changed since I was a toddler, even now. And when you remember my immaturity and insane psychopathic ego you can tell why my classmates bullied me. Weirdly more people talked about my stereotypical Scottish forehead more.

I love watching these videos because of how funny they are and sometimes how relatable the topics are. And how simple the animations is, And its perfect this way because it gets the point of what your trying to explain across the room. Keep it up Burdie These vids are AWESOME!
