I thought I liked Dr. Youn because he gave good skin advice but now I know he is a beautiful human - thank you for caring for the helpless pups - new fan for life !
  • Is it just me, or does Dr Youn seem much more passionate about health + longevity, than what almost seems like the "vanity industry" that he's in? Just seems like his heart strings are pulling him in a more quality-of-life direction. :)

I have more respect for Dr. Youn because he and his wife take in senior dogs, that is so amazing! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

My mother’s parents died in early ages but my father’s side lived little over 100 year’s /o my eating habits is good. I looked a bit younger than my age ( I was told) I am still running and play soccer with my grandchildren I exercise regularly I thanks God every day…!

I LOVED DR. YOUN A LOT UNTIL NOW, BUT FINDING OUT THAT HE AND HIS WIFE RESCUE ELDERLY DOGS JUST MADE ME ADORE HIM!!!🥰

Where we live, there's been six (6) dogs dropped off right beside our in the past two (2) years. We've re-homed all of them except the last one, I kept him. He was the worst. He was starving, had lost his fur and was very weak. He thanked me for his food (by giving me his paw), and still does every time I feed him ❤

One of the traditional Armenian dishes is Ghash(խաշ)...basicly a bone soup 🍲.... slowly(important) cooked bones with garlic and some lavash(bread)... but i remember every time someone has broken arms or legs, we will always cook bones for him as it is believed for centuries it helps with recovery of bones, joints.....

I am disabled, 53 years old, and live a very sedentary life. I have used a fat tracking scale for 2 decades. I informed my doctor my muscle mass was dangerously low. They responded with: “since you can’t exercise there is nothing you can do, so maybe you should stop tracking” I ignored that and figured out how to maintain the muscle mass I have without using hours of exercise. I’m actually up 5%.
  • I only clicked on this podcast because I have been an avid follower of Dr Youn for 10 years. Finding out that he rescues elderly dogs and cares for them just warms my heart for him and his wife even more❤ Out of my five doctors that I have been following, he a bit different because he is so silly and fun in some of his videos. I adore his sense of humor. 😅

The concept that darker skins don’t need sunblock or sunscreen is so ridiculous. Glad the Dr talked about this. I am olive skin Latina and I get blisters if I don’t apply sunscreen or sunblock so yes regardless of your skin color it is important to put it on!

My mum has always had bad knees and she swears that collagen supplement makes a massive difference

so much more respect for this doctor - first after hearing him on this podcast but 10000000x more after hearing what his wife and him do for elderly dogs 💜 amazing
  • @PSWildlife
I've been watching Dr Yeun for skin care but I love that he rescues old dogs. What a sweet man! ❤

People ask my age. I am 50, however I say, I am 60! The response is always "wow you are amazing, you look 10 years younger." Summary most of us look our age. Lets not delude ourselves.

One of the few interviews where the guest gives so much free information without asking to buy his book. My favorite part was at the end, when he mentioned that "we must be grateful", "what motivates you in life, what gives you fulfillment in life", and the fact that he and his wife are rescuing senior dogs says how kind he is. I've been vegan for about 43 years, way before of this boom of plant-based diet. Now I'm reaching my 60s and feel great, go to the gym, feel full of energy,...Everybody thinks that I'm in my 30s, lol Thanks!
