I bought $27000 when bitcoin was $54000. I am down $13000. I am waiting, If it comes down any more, I will sell, but I am preparing to at least savage $10500 and I am very determined about that, I will take a big loss and will never get into crypto again.

Your mistake with crypto is you need to invest in about 20 coins.Never only one coin.

I learned a painful lesson this year as well. If im honest with myself I bought 6k worth of CRM call leaps mainly because Nancy Pelosi bought them. Then after watching them fall for about 3 months I decided to cut my losses at around 3k. I immediately bought puts, short term puts. This was in March just about a day or two before the stock ripped from 190 to 220. Not only that but I also bought SPY puts. lost 8.4k. It reminds me to stick to my plan- the wheel - don't buy options - sell them.

great lessons/ we can all be stupid at times and that s how we learn. as long as u dont buy amazon or all in one sector, u should be ok DCAing. Good luck to u!

:( I am so sorry for you. You have a great stock portfolio with great quality stock. You will get your money back from the stock market eventually. But thank you for sharing your experience it is helpful and if confirms that research and diversification and slow and regular investing are the safest strategies.
