Arabic is a very rich language, and the 22 Arab countries extending over an area of more than 13 million Km2 are very diverse linguistically and have various dialects that can be quite different and interesting. Our board members had a blast sharing their own dialects in this video. Thanks to Alaa Fayyad - Photography for the efforts working on this video.

I noticed that many of the words spoken by the gentleman speaking Iraqi Arabic were in Turkish. We use so many common words without realizing it. Loves from Turkey.

I'm half Moroccan and I have never thought I'd find a hard Arabic dialect like Darija. I died laughing with Moroccan Darija and Iraqi dialect, they're so unique 😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤

It is remarkable that many Iraqi words sound hilarious to other Arab-speaking people.

Omg that’s crazy. I’m a English/Spanish speaker from USA with family from Mexico and Honduras. I don’t think we have that many differences in words in our Spanish language. That’s cool to see

I’m Yemeni and the dialects that were closest were Lebanese mostly and some Moroccan
  • Actually, many of the Iraqi words are also used in Persian (Farsi). I don’t know who borrowed from whom.

The Syrian and Egyptian dramas are the most watched dramas among Arabs but the dialect of Damasuc is closer to the formal Arabic than the Egyptian dialect the lebanase songs are well known but their linguistic content is very limited and a big part of them are in the Egyptian dialect
