From those who dont know In the demo bull has a special vinyl but the creator said that its kinda cool without the vinyl so they just put it in black thats it

It's not a big deal. Just use Ming's Lambo or Baron's Porsche. If you don't have the pink slips of these vehicles, just buy one of them from the car lot. You can easily finish the game with these cars.

Man Bull has such a good car... you'd think he'd tackle razor for blacklist #15 right at the beginning in that thing... too bad he can't drive it to save his life. If you get his pink slip, you're doing that car a favor. Ronnie's DB9 got riced to fuck though, really feel bad for that car too.
