  • @BJHermsen
your drawer slide bit just changed my life. Never doing side mount again. well at least a few more times because i learn slowly.
  • @larryk6330
I remember you showed how to install the drawer slides in your cabinet making video, but when you did it this time it clicked! SO Simple. Great work. Looking forward to the next one.
  • @Festoos
Grandmas neck skin.... you always make me wide eyed at what I think is gonna be said. Live the videos !
  • This is my first video of yours I'm seeing and I have just started working at a cabinet shop about a year ago. It's awesome to see different methods of putting custom cabinets together and then seeing them all come to place. You have definitely gained a new subscriber, and I can't wait to see more of you work! Also, your Youtube family seems to be quite awesome!
  • Building my first built in cabinets for home office with two work area (desk) between them. I really hope You Tube makes it worth your wild making these videos. I know they take a good amount of time to make. Thank you, i have learned more about wood working as a novice watching yours and videos like yours over the last couple years than i had in the previous ten years on my own. Great videos, funny and intuitive. Keep pumping them out! You da man!!
  • Love all your videos! I’ve been trying to turn a closet into custom storage for crafting and DIY supplies, but, had no idea where to start..... until now. Thank you for this video, it delivers the help I needed, perfectly!

I like that you have been showing optional ways of building cabinet boxes. I have either used the rabbet/dado or biscuit joint system but recently built my bathroom cabinets with Kreg pocket holes. All of theses are great and efficient ways to build boxes. I appreciate the way that you make the process so that it doesn’t seem like rocket science........and voila, you have cabinets. I will post a couple of pictures to your site to show the pre-finished product and the installed cabinets. Thanks for your dry humour and ease of instruction when it comes to cabinets/furniture.

Without question I have installed my last set of side mount drawer slides. Great design!
  • @RichardRecupero
Finally.. I just finished my very first wood working project thanks to you. I did built in cabinets and light up box shelves next to the fireplace.
  • The project is especially interesting because it is a very practical and useful for a DIYS home project. I could see myself doing this for a space I have upstairs in the loft, just next to the stairs. You are funny, I enjoy the little moments of humor. Just right!
  • @flamingoliz
This is going to turn out so nice, love it so far. Can't wait for part 2.
  • It looks great and you explain everything crystal clear. For a complete beginner like me, your vids are the best and very easy to follow. Been watching all your videos at least twice a week. Hope you can also upload "the planning stage". Fan here from the Philippines! All the best!

Billy from Scotland UK.
  • GREAT method for installing the backs of the drawer slides. Mind blown!
  • Awesome work as always. Can’t wait to get to work on my house, I’ve learned so much from your videos.

Great job on the cabinets. A couple things I do with my cabinets: On the face frame, I rabbet the edges so they have more attachment area and adds more strength to the carcass. I also put a decorative piece of wood on the front and rear edges of the shelves, perpendicular to the shelf about 1 1/2 or 2" wide, also rabbeted instead of the banding. This strengthens the shelves and stops them from getting sway-backed from the weight placed on them, you know, that 400 pounds of books that nobody reads. I usually attach my kick plates to the cabinets before installing them, but I like your way better and I will do that in the future. Keep up the good work.

Everytime I watch a video by you, I find myself learning alot of stuff. But I also fins myself laughing out loud everytime. You have the perfect combination of humor and seriousity in your videos. I also like your storytelling over dubs. Without them the videos would be quite standard, I guess it's all thanks to them that I like your channel that much. Keep up the good work!!!
