A total stranger once won a plushie from a crane game for me 🥺 i used about $20 USD on one machine lol, trying to get a lil Meowstic in a mall in Japan, eventually I gave up and walked away. Only about a minute later, a woman ran up to me, tapped my shoulder, said ‘for you’ and handed me a male Meowstic plush. I still can’t wrap my head around how a) kind and b) skilled she was
