📖aboutme📖

if there's one thing about me when it come to books--you'll catch me waiting til it comes out on paperback... hence the name: PaperbackGirly!

reading is a "hot girl hobby", but not one that is new to me. I fell out of love with reading with the weird transition from middle grade to YA and then YA to what is now called New Adult... but i recently have rediscovered my passion for books!

i can't wait to share with you, not only my love for books, but my thoughts and opinions on some of my favorite--and not so favorite--books, in hopes to find my all time god-tier books!

The homeowners at the LFL's are SO EXCITED about having someone at the library... please don't be embarrassed... -a LFL steward
  • The little libraries are so cute! Such a nice way to spend your afternoon.
  • The red book , is the bhagwad gita a holy scripture of the hindus ❤ for reference just like bible is for the christians ❤
  • I love how they all are so different and unique! I know there’s a few around but I’ve never stopped…it seems awkward to me but I guess that’s what they’re there for! My new goal for the week is to check a few out near me! 📚
  • This was so fun getting to see all the different themed libraries and the gems in each! Thank you for taking us along with you and would definitely love to see more of these!
  • In the UK we have something very similar but ours are with old payphone boxes. There's one in my sister's village I often go to and I've seen others on my travels. One in my town is used to store a defibrillator which is awesome. Rarely do they still have the old telephones still in them. Most either have books or defibrillators. The other in my town still has the old telephone, and because nobody used them anymore, the whole box is covered in cobwebs and graffiti lol I think I might have to contact my local council to get them to either turn it into something where either people can share books, or save people's lives

Loved this video so much! In my country we don't have this free little library culture, therefore it's so fun and exciting to see you exploring the libraries.

Is there a secret reason why some books are placed with the pages out rather than the spine or upside down that I'm unaware of?
