    Great video Hawk! The normalization setting can be disabled on Spotify & Apple Music by the user anyway, so there is really little incentive to master a song to the recommended level set by these platforms. Sometimes it’s also the frequency balance that will affect the perceived loudness, more so than how much the limiter is being pushed. So EQing or some multi-band processings will do the job, making the final limiter to work less.
  • Great video. How can we measure lufs , rms of music, or videos in YouTube. Also it is happened the same as TV in the past. The commercial appears very load, YouTube advertising sound very load if it compare to videos.
