US President Joe Biden addressed the nation on Wednesday for the first time since he pulled out of his re-election bid. Biden said it was time to pass the torch to fresh and younger voices and once again endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris for president. Meanwhile, Biden also listed his achievements in detail, saying they merited for a second term in office. However, he did not directly blame the Democratic Party or anyone else for forcing him to pull out of the election race. During his speech, his family members and White House aides were moved to tears. But Donald Trump said Biden's speech was "barely understandable" and "so bad".
