It said default-jre is already the newest version ( 0 upgraded , 0 newly installed , 0 to remove & 0 not upgraded ) after entering sudo apt install default-jre . What do i do ?

Worked until the "java - jar Minecraft.jar", it says "Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit." help :(((
