  • Tip: To increase the yield of the vedgtable garden create a house with a large 'backyard' the yield of the plot will hugely increase with size. Make it a douplex building so that there a more people actually harvesting the vedgstables.

    Charcoal selling is quite profitable. You convert 1 gold (1 wood) into 4 gold (2 charcoal) I guess and you only need 1 family for it. Roof tiles with clay being at 1 gold and the tiles going for 8 gold and you needing only 1 family for that too is probably better at the moment.

    Tip: When you summon your army it automatically sets their pace to running, which drains their fatigue levels significantly. So it is better to only use running in extreme scenarios, like having to evade a direct attack on your archers by infantry.

    U can pause your artisans to stop producing shields or bows to save planks for constructions

  • I find current ai conquers provinces to fast and eats up any bandit camp if you don't so I have ai on passive. Only I can start a war with them if I want their territory but with not being able to negotiate and with how long it takes to actually build an army big enough to withstand a war in a region or 2 is definitely in need of some rework, once resources are well stocked that should be your goal but with under a year of supply I'd recommend to keep farming as it will only benefit future growth
  • Did a similar playthrough but by October (the same month as at 6:11 map view) all but one of the other regions had been claimed by the AI. Had an army at the same time as you and took down every bandit camp since but the AI had already taken them all down except one abandoned camp. Am I missing something, how did you manage to keep the map clear? In my playthroughs the AI claims the first region within the first two or three months - way before any militia is even possible!
