  • Just a month ago I bought the 2022 version of the Colman 22ft pool. It has no port holes and has not pegs it all clips into place. We have had it up for a month now and it’s doing great. We love it.

I just got done doing all of this for the 18’x48” version. I really like the pool. Someone had purchased it and realized how hard it would be to level the ground so they sold it to me for $200. I love it so far. I was instantly concerned about the windows but I think Coleman tweaked the design a bit to make them more durable. Everything about it is solid so far. That shut off valve on the inlet side is genius! I will be stealing that. I know for a fact I will lose those black stoppers within a month 😂 great video man!

Wished I had found you 4 weeks ago when I was setting mine up. Every imperfection is noticeable once you're inside the pool

  • I have the same pool in a smaller version, 18 x 48. I purchased a STAN Pro 75D pump and it works great

Great video! We have this pool and I also purchased the split valve shutoff plunger but I saw it on Amazon for $25 but Intex sales them for $9 on there site.

I ended up getting gate valves too, eventually. Before that I would use a cup on the inside of the pool held by the pressure of the water trying to go inside the opening lol.
  • I bought my pool two years ago just installed it's great, bought my pool for hundred and fifty bucks, on sale. 22 by 54.
  • i just got one and all we need now is put the pump and install water it is gonna be great!!!!!! 😎😄

Just purchased the same pool for........$2.300.00 on EBAY. Plus $900.00 to prep the yard. Seems everyone is buying pools because of the Covid 19. But that's OK for what I paid...can't wait to enjoy it and thanks for the tips.

I love this pool however I was upset it said on ours don’t put sand under it which from my experience I use to always do but we followed no sand Wish I could go back and put sand. Also the pump we had issues with We seemed to have got most wrinkles out but still have some causing issues with cleaning. I wish I seen this video before putting ours up and filling we are going to upgrade our pump to sand one. For next season also getting a vacuum however which skimmer did you find to fit the pool ? We need one as we are told most of the pool critters and vacuums work off of those. We have it half full now ready to put cover on and close for the season but this time we will be sure to have what we need before opening next season Thank you sooo much for this video

Mine rusted after two years. I tell people to paint all the metal with flex paint. You should toss the pump and get a sand filter.
  • We have the same pool but we were using it we headed to clean it all!
  • We have the same size Coleman pool (grey though, not brown and no port holes). I have to say that I have not been able to get the pool pump to not leak around the threads, still working to get that not to leak. As for the dual inlet hoses, I also could not get the little black stoppers to work to change the filter. I ended up using some old connector to attach pipes (what we use when we use the vacuum). So the hose goes in the pool side from one inlet to another, but no water is lost and I can open the pump. Definitely going to get the valve to be able to turn off the water flow to make it easy to change the filter (we had that with our last pool and I miss it). Thanks for the video.
