Ordered my limited edition hoodie the other day, just waiting for the email from Ian to say it's on it's way. ๐. Loved the way James keeps checking the soil quality. At the moment to him it's squidgy, smelly and nice to play with, in years to come those memories will assist his knowledge of how the land is performing. Like Father, like Son. ๐.

The boiler repair section and your explanation of how the ash moves was fascinating, the Hogg trailer run through was brilliant and to feature little James out in the crops with his dad was special indeed. As for the use of your old buildings - if J. Clarkson can make a fortune from his shop / store, then you must be able to do so much better than him! Olly thereโs endless possibilities with your barns Thereโs Storage units A gym Farm Shop Play barn your original idea of a pool is good idea But they all need labour to run them Could go for a barn Conversion and rent it out Harvest looks a bit slow the weather is very mixed and Olly donโt worry your videos are never boring and youโve got a great team mending that auger proved that feeling 95% today and Olly another brilliant video

Roy Perfect is defnitley real and has been supplying parts all over Ireland for years. In fact he sold us here in Co. Mayo a Fendt and Joskin Trailer back in 2012. Excellent sales and service.. 5 Stars.

Iโve never known a person who had a swimming pool who didnโt have problems with it, that area is pet corner isnโt it, so maybe a bit of a farm shop cross Cafe , animal feed store or country store high end , just food for thought

What a few farmers have done down here is put some 20ft shipping containers in there unused sheds and rented them out for self storage which seems pretty big now. ๐

Speak to swim @ 55 in goldboure they had a massive house and were struggling with running a pool and now rent it out. Theyโve had so much business, really good to hire out for a family for an hour n half for the same price as the normal swimming baths.
