If the woman at 5:45 ever sees this... you are so not ugly... you are the opposite! You can't see your beauty when you smile, but it is striking. And, you also appear to be a lovely desirable person. Who ever made you feel ugly... work to cast that aside. Be on the alert for little slights and smirks from anyone around you, and say in your mind, whatever it takes to shut that down... hopefully an opposite statement, and then work to see them as little as possible. Just awful what life can do... but recall, everything so far , is in the past. Not easy to rewire our nervous system and triggers, but we can get better and better.

Two weeks ago, the cat distribution system randomly gave us an orange boi, about 7-9 months old. He’s big, but he’s still a kitten. I’ve never seen a cat go so hard on their tail! We called him Hoss. My husband was outside and heard mewing. He turned around and saw Hoss. My husband went into the house proclaiming, “So, THIS is how you get a cat.” Hoss quickly wandered in behind him, immediately rubbing everything and purring loudly. He flopped down on his back, paws in the air. I replied, “…and this is how you get a cat.”
