Makes perfect sense. I'm trying to be more aware of my emotional reactions eg. sometimes we feel bad or scared when we don't have to, because we assign a certain meaning to a situation, such as your boss calls and you assume there was a problem. I watched the Time To Rise Summit these past three days, and was blown away by what I learned and how much better I feel about life. Thank you Tony!

Exactly my problem! I know there are stuff I can do and enjoy but I feel like there is something more to this life then just living the best life you can, its just that strong feeling of seeing rhe bigger picture that drives me crazy. 😅
