Fluffiest Pancakes Recipe (Makes 6):
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons melted butter
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well and set aside.
In a measuring cup, combine milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix well and pour the liquid into the dry mixture. Stir until it just comes together. A lumpy batter is okay. Let it sit and hydrate for 2 minutes.
On a nonstick pan on medium-high heat, melt a little bit of butter to coat the bottom of the pan. Let it get hot and then add 1/4 cup of pancake batter at a time. Cook it on each side for about a minute and a half and then flip. It'll be nice and lacey and delicious. Top with salted butter and maple syrup or add your favorite mix-ins into the batter.

I do pretty much the same thing except I use a 2 pan system. I start by pouring into the smallest pan enough pancake mix to completely fill the bottom of the pan. Keeping the heat really low takes a bit longer but prevents burning. After the air bubbles start forming on top of the cake, I pick up the small pan and automatically dump it into the larger pan to cook the other side. After a few seconds I have 2" think picture perfect pancakes the size of dinner plates. People are constantly blown away by how thick and soft they are and they look better than the picture on the box. To spice my pancakes up, I add banana to the pancake batter and a decent size handful of Reeses Pieces candy. After the pancakes are done I like to top the Reeses Pancakes 🥞 with grape jelly. You can also throw together in a blender, strawberries and blueberries to create your own topping and finish it off with a dusting of powdered sugar

As expected from Dzung! I usually eat Japanese hot cakes and avoid American pancakes because they’re usually rubbery, tasteless and stodgy but these pancakes are flavourful, light and fluffy! I only tried this recipe because it came from you and you’re the only YouTuber who’s recipes have not failed me and I love them! This is my go-to pancake recipe now! No more Japanese hotcakes!
