Diagnosed with a very aggressive prostate cancer. Doctor said get ready for chemo and radiation, he was convinced it was in the lymph nodes and maybe has spread. Right after the diagnosis I went full Keto, moved my body to good PH level. No sugar at all. Lots of exercise, prayer and meditation. After the surgery doctor was perplexed and said “your lymph nodes are clean. 6 years later still still good .

I started a Keto lifestyle 11 years ago when diagnosed with Melanoma and Diabetes Type 2. The cancer did not come back. I am no longer a diabetic. I don't take any medications and my blood sugar is normal.
  • We just have to starve these cancer cells. I was recently diagnosec with stage 4 breast cancer, but i am hopeful to survive it after watching this video. Thank you Dr❤

Hi. FYI. I have aggressive prostate cancer, 2018 operation not successful, spread to lymph nodes. 9 months hormone treatment. Went to ketogenic diet, fasting weekly, 2 x meals a day, carbs 10 to 20 gms/day. No fruit, reduced calorie intake, track ketones daily. Lost 25 kg fat. Commenced daily weight training. Result.... No meds needed 4 years now, psa count is Increasing slowly, in good health, have outlived predicted life expectancy. For me, low insulin and high ketones works, not a cure, but does slow it's growth. Took nearly a year to break the carb addiction.

This is a very good video. I am a cancer survivor who spent 22 years in the military and my parting gift was cancer. At the same time one of my sisters had esophageal cancer (yeah at the same time). I had no idea the impact that sugar had on cancer. Fast forward I lost an uncle, sister and brother from Pancreatic cancer all within one year. I became numb and went into deep depression. I have learned better and am implementing, less carbs, not eating out as much as possible, cooking, gardening and exercising daily Although the exercise while in the military didn't stop it. I am growing. I have been cancer free for 16 years. I am sharing all that I learn and explaining this to my daughter. I am no longer diabetic, PCOS not sure about anymore, migraines gone, nerve pain has decreased and vertigo almost gone. I have lost 67lbs and my goal to continue until i get all or as much of my visceral fat gone as possible.

I got diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma (11 Bone Lesions) in 2019 and did my chemo and BMT but I started a Nutritional Keto diet with Intermittent Fasting from the start of diagnosis and refused maintenance drugs post BMT..I broke all records for most Bone marrow harvested and shortest time in hospital, I also didnt require a blood transfusion, I am still Cancer free at 0.6 Free light chains at my last test..I now cycle in and out of Keto and remain strong fit active and healthy. Keto definitely works to fight and beat Cancer. We need to keep spreading this info and help people believe they can heal with food and the correct mental and spiritual power💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽😎🤙🏼

It's such a pity that the Medical Industry is not taking this Dr seriously. That shows you how corrupt our Medical Industry really is.
  • @user-rd6lw4fl3l
Seyfried is an utter genius. Thank heavens people like him exist 🙏
  • It's a shame that most insurance companies only pay for chemo and radiation which make people sick. I had a few relatives that went through the typical treatments and they still died. I am so glad there are podcasts like this one to educate the audience to other treatments out there. Thank you Dr. Seyfried.

I found out recently that I have a meningioma, a tumor in the lining of my brain. I was low carb before with some cheating, but now I have gone full low carb with fasting, organic salad and cruciferous vegetables. I am facing brain surgery in 2024. I'm hoping keto and exercise will keep the tumor from growing. We'll see.
  • @Sourdoughgirl
This makes sense. I did a 21-day water fast but it didn't do a thing to my HER2+ returned grade 3 breast tumor. I stopped intaking carbs but the cancer cells were able to use glutamine as fuel. I lost a lot of muscle mass while I fasted basically starving myself instead of the tumor. Understanding the press/pulse concept, unfortunately, doesn't help me because no doctors in Canada would prescribe glutamine inhibitor to treat cancer. All they want is it push chemo, radiation, and surgery. Very sad.
  • Thank you Dr Seyfried. I was told 1 year ago that I would not live a year without chemo. Im still here and getting better. I started out fasting. Then I cut out all sugar and carbs. I lost 60 pounds and gained a new life. I feel better than ever.
