Great coupon deal! And a great attitude from you! As a consumer & couponer I try to be nice. However, I'm also a professional and work with the public. So, I give and expect a certain level of professionalism from businesses. I had a horrible manager at a Walgreens and I made each survey count, and once called corporate. I didn't rant. Each time I just gave one or two matter of fact examples showing consistent poor customer service. Apparently others did the same. All I'm saying is, you've done enough. And don't share your coupons with her : )

Wow, I really hope the drama is resolved. I hope this doesn't affect your couponing trips. On a side note, I did notice that the CRTs are showing MFR coupon on them now. First thing that I thought was "oh no, don't tell me they aren't going to work with REAL MFR coupons now." So far nothing has changed, but I find it odd that this is printing on them now.
