I absolutely love it when an artist gets completely pissed off my something but can't directly show it, so a masterpiece like this comes out

Y'know, seeing as Llamas With Hats is a series about how an overused joke can get run into the ground, exhuming it years later for a do-over feels appropriately thematic.
  • I love water bottles as a metaphor for "advertiser friendly", not only in the connotation of completely plain and unobjectionable, but also because water bottles specifically are associated with some of corporations most heinous and unconscionable acts of incredible cruelty. The corporate death squads that kill people trying to protect their water rights. The pollution being dumped into waterways all over the world because of a lack of regulation or oversight. The literal unimaginable amount of plastic being dumped into our oceans on a daily basis, and microplastics in the bloodstream of every single living creature on the planet. The water is a metaphor for your life. They own it.
  • "I do not delight people, that is my least favorite thing to do" Now he's telling the truth

This is the most unhinged response I've seen to being demonetized. And I love it

This is technically the newest episode of Llamas With Hats. Waiting for 8 years wasn’t in vain!
  • Ok I don't know if this is intentional, but the Void beginning to encroach exactly at the 10 minute mark is REALLY good

Reanimating the [BOTTLED WATER] kicking in Carl’s stomach is incredible attention to detail

This film went from a far too high quality shitpost to an actually effective horror atmosphere. This is why I love this channel so much

This is such a [PROFITABLE] display of [CREATIVITY]. It makes me so [DELIGHTED] to see YouTube [ENCOURAGING] creators and [ENABLING] their creative visions.

I love how instead of editing the things that demonetized it, he basically made an entirely new series

I used to think forgiveness sounded like screaming and then silence, but now I know it sounds like bottled water and boat safety.

“Why did you delight this person, Carl?” “I do not delight people. That is- that is my least favorite thing to do.” Well at least Carl told the truth in this one.

Me: "Huh, I thought that the point of 5-12 was to kill off the series. Why would Jason re-cut the-" watches the re-cut "Oh sweet merciful baby Jesus."

As hilarious as this is you can feel the rage dripping in every edit
  • @pokemonpickle8637
I can't tell if this is more or less terrifying than the original
  • @asmodahlia
Never thought I'd see a biblically accurate water bottle, but here we are

I love the fact that YouTube itself is starting to take on a personality in this meta-narrative among different creators where it's the villain siding with brands over the people who, you know, attract viewers to the platform in the first place.

I literally watch Lamas with hats like once every 5 years, and we finally got a family-friendly version I can show to my kids... it's crazy to think I didn't have kids when lamas with hats originally came out.

When monetezation is driving art it's not longer pop culture or culture. It's a culture industry. It's why after the 10 minute mark this video started to go all over the place even more, because for most creators their only goal is to hit that 10 minute mark and everything after it is just extra time. Hauntingly brilliant as an addition to this series.
