This is one of the best places I have ever been. It's an incredibly beautiful hiking tour leading up there. The last section is quite an adventure. But it's worth the effort. The Omu di Cagna, how it's called in the language of Corsica, is a true wonder of nature. And the view is absolutely spectacular.

    In the Romanian language, which is a Latin language, omu, spelled exactly the same way, means the same thing, man, with that referring to both men and women. In the same language 'caine' is very close to 'cagna,' and it means dog. Obviously, the Corsican language too is a Latin language, with Latin being a language no one knows in fact where it came from.
