- 2 eggs
- 150 g of flour
- Parsley

For the sauce:
- 3 spoons of mayonnaise

- 1 shallot

    Oh my goodness, it was a childhood fritter recipe. My dad loved it although it was just a bit different, my mom would make it with chickpea flour instead of wheat and thinly sliced eggplant instead of shredded. Ah, so many memories came back of my dad, childhood and granddad. I will make these on weekend and thank you so much. ❤
