Necessary materials
4 eggplants (1300 grams)
Olive oil ( 50 ml )
ground pepper
Salt
For Filling:
Ground beef (500 grams)
3 tomatoes
1 red pepper
4 green peppers
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of tomato paste (25 grams)
4-5 tablespoons of vegetable oil ( 40 ml )
1 glass of water (200 ml)
Paprika, black pepper, cumin, thyme and salt
For the above:
Grated Cheddar Cheese (200 grams)
2-3 sprigs of parsley
1st cooking: 30 minutes in an oven at 200 °C
2nd cooking: 15 minutes in an oven at 200 °C
