  • You don’t have to use the 48 Laws to exploit others, you can use it to avoid being exploited.

I read this book 20 years ago, it was an eye-opener. It helped me identify behavioral patterns. But I forgot (as we forget all the wisdom in books we read and go back to old patterns of thinking ) I believed in goodness and fairness in this world. I have reconnected with it again after a weird and terrible experience in the workplace. As Robert says do not be naive, this is my mantra now.

Robert I just want you to know you are like a modern day stoic. I consider you like a modern day Socrates. You are my favorite human being outside of my family. Much respect!

I'd really want to know your early life until 36, your biography with more details than Wikipedia. Please! I hope you'll read this comment. You struggled a lot, drug period, depression, what you did precisly in your previous jobs, where you lived, how much money that you had to live, knowledge in your books that you could have used, etc... I've read in depth Power, Mastery, Seduction, War, 50th law, and gonna read Human Nature. Thank you so much Robert Greene... Love from France.

As someone that is currently reading the 48 Laws and had a conversation with a close friend about power this video has come just in time. I do feel powerless at times and I want to change that. But I also wanted to come here and thank you for all of the work that you have done to make this information accessible to us. These are ideas and thoughts that we should never shy away from. Much respect to you Mr. Greene for everything.

Hello Mr. Greene, I just wanted to leave this comment to thank you so much for your work and your books are fantastic

Most times you hear people say the book is evil. But i reread the book twice, what i get from it is practical and useful knowledge that is far from evil. When you thought a certain law was evil you get to learn something from it, like protecting yourself against those that will try to harm you using that maneuver. This book is a must read: don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Hello Robert, I hope you read this comment. I want to say thanks for the help given in your books. I'm 22 and I live from Mexico, currently I'm practicing my english, studying mechatronics engineering and I work in the industry, these phases were difficult at the beginning but when I found you books, I could deal better my emotions and develop patience and cleverness at work. Right now I'm reading daily laws and I will finish on december 31st. Thank you Robert and I look forward to your next book of the law of the sublime

I am in my early 18 and decided to spend all my time reading your books and take notes. You are genius robert
  • @Juriismywife
This book was my introduction to Greene's other works, I remember being like 19yo and being fascinated by it, how it dwelve on each and every topic with such detail, examples and genuine interest on it, that I read 2-4 chapters per day, making sure to take notes on my favorite ones. Years later, still one of my favorite books of all time, no other come as close in terms of summarizing good information, but still keeping it detailed enough, instead of dumbing down and simplifying too much. I feel pity for people who do not like this book, by its machiavelian nature, because it just teaches you so many crucial things in life that will save you the heart ache of learning through experience.

Robert after 3 years of reading ur books I understand every thing in my life on the side of power relationship. Mastery especially the law of sublime I really appreciated every thing thanks
  • Mister Greene i need to say that your books helped me greatly, especially the 48 laws of power in the work environment. I am actively studying your books, underlying the lessons and working to summarise them in smaller, more concise resumes. This way I can memorise and apply the lessons. The Laws of Human Nature is also incredible. From a small age the people where my biggest curiosity. I had so many questions about them, the reasons behind the strange actions, why some of them are so aggresive, why are some so Machiavellian. This book gives me the answers. I think that my Life Task involves people. They are so intresting to me. Thank you.
