Recently I took my first transatlantic cruise to Europe. I visited cruise ports in the UK, Norway, Denmark, the Netherland and Scotland. Here a 30 amazing things I saw on my first European cruise including Loch Ness, the Windmills of Kinderdijk, the National Museum of Scotland, the wreckage site of the Titanic, the Little Mermaid Statue and more.

The thing that is always a reminder while traveling Europe, is how young our country is. Nothing like seeing a 12th century castle or church to put some perspective on our own history.
  • Wonderfully put together, Tony. You covered in 17 minutes so much, and very well documented. Thank you. We love Europe and what it has to offer. So much history, diversification, iconic and world famous places you sometimes only read about, and to actually be there to see for yourself is so special. Thanks for the video. We hope to have one last visit to Europe next May to take in a cruise around the British Isles and to take a river cruise down the Rhine from Basel to Amsterdam, subject to our health staying good, of course. Great video, though, Tony. I understand through Don's vlog today, that you want to go back to Europe and have some time together on a cruise there. Do it....those memories can't be replaced.
  • Very cool video. As for Amsterdam now you have a reason to go back to Europe. 🙂
  • Thanks for sharing your European experience Tony. It was nicely put together.
  • Being English and married to a Dane it was great to see what you found interesting in both of our home countries, glad that you enjoyed it all.
  • In 2018, we stayed in the grooms quarters at Leeds Castle. It was amazing! After they closed, we had the grounds all to ourselves. It was magical!

I'm rather amazed at the amount of globe you have been able to cover this past year! AND bit by a camel.

In Amsterdam my number 1 place of interest was the Anne Frank Museum. We spent 3 days in Amsterdam before a cruise. So many places to see.
