Which one are you?? Sadly I am the perfectionist freak who was just playing myself

"If I got to sleep now, I'll get 8 hrs!" 🀣🀣 Do this ALL the time!
  • @moonlightwolf
Fun fact, if you can't sleep, even just closing your eyes and resting provides the same but just lower levels of the benefits of sleeping. Knowing this has made a huge impact on my sleep because I'm less stressed about not being able to fall asleep since I'm benefiting from the rest (which then helps me fall asleep)

My husband is a Snorer and a Sleep Talker. The first time I heard him speak in his sleep it was in a language I didn't know. I thought he was demon possessed. Turns out, he was speaking in his indigenous language Achii (my husband is Guatemalan). Scared the hell out of me because I've never heard a Mayan language spoken and the lights were off πŸ˜…

As someone with delayed sleep phase disorder, I definitely relate to the perfectionist, the druggie, and the insomniac. Sleeping is a struggle

β€œPETE DAVIDSON” πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ the sleep walkers are so scary lol
  • @evasmojang
The insomniac one is sooo relatable πŸ˜‚
  • I am both insomniac and enraged insomniac and oftentimes when I notice I'm drifting off to sleep I get happy about the fact that I finally drift off and that makes me wake up again. After that it's another two-hour struggle to fall asleep lol
  • @crafty9953
LMAO I don’t know why I laughed at the sleepwalker so hard πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I’m definitely the insomniac β€œno, no, come in anxiety πŸ˜ƒβ€
  • @timbuktuesday
I usually take about an hour to fall asleep because I’m too busy thinking. It doesn’t matter how exhausted I am. I’m jealous of people who can sleep anytime
  • @Jallen40356
I’m a mix: Druggie to fight the insomnia, but meds kicking in at all the wrong times that turns me into the napper during the day. πŸ‘πŸΌ
  • @storydates
And this is exactly why some marriages thrive with separate beds.
  • @codreaming9304
As a fellow insomniac πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ (it’s currently 2:16AM where I live), I approve of this message πŸ˜‚. Thanks for the well needed laugh as I sit here frustrated as hell because I can’t sleep!
  • As a perfectionist, druggie, and insomniac, this is depressingly accurate.
  • @nevaray9413
β€œMy Apple Watch says, I got down to ten beats per minute.” LMFAO!!!! I’m dying!!!!
  • I am definitely the perfectionist. Perfectly dark, fan speed just right, sheet perfectly tucked, covers perfectly folded, pillow between my knees, eye mask and earplugs and I sleep like a baby πŸ˜‚
  • I was watching this in bed & laughing & my husband came over to see what I was watching πŸ˜‚ & told me to go to sleep πŸ˜‚
