We are not in control of anything. God is. Dont be afraid for your life, God is in control. We will all go some day and only God decides when and how. So, just have faith and pray
  • Maybe there is a way to protect our citizens from this type of fear tatics to sell more products .,
  • We grow our own food, with no chemicals. We preserve by freeze drying and canning. We get a steer once a year from a local farmer and 2 pigs from a local farmer. We also grow everything our animals need so we are not reliant on commercial feed or supply chains. We have items stored that we don't grow and plenty of it. We have our own solar arrays that we built and installed, that is not tied to the grid. If the grid has a black out or a hack, it will not affect us. Depending on stores or the government in a disaster, is not reliable. So we moved to any area where we can have land with no restrictions in zoning and do almost everything on our own. Our neighbors are the same.
  • With epidemics like covid and extreme weather and threat of wars, think ahead. Start small. It adds up and a little cushion is wise. Even if you just lose your job or need to help out someone in need with a love package of foods.
  • I cook 3 meals a day for 4 people and I just threw out about 10 gallons of cooking oil I've had stored way too long. I use about a quart of oil a month.

  • Don’t eat a lot of this ultra processed junk foods! Ramen, boxed breakfast cereals, canned as opposed to fresh, etc.
  • Everything in moderation. Some canned goods, water, tp, tea, granola bars, protein bars, vitamins, long grain and wild rice, honey, nuts and seeds, beans including green. Just buy one or two every time you shop for emergencies. For everyday stick to limited processed foods, whole foods, limited sugar, spices good for health generally. Hemp hearts a super food. Blueberries, broccoli, carrots, celery, chocolate, asparagus, cabbage or cole slaw, bok choy, walnuts, canned albacore in water, canned salmon, canned minced clams, canned chicken breast in water. Canned evaporated milk. Powdered milk. Allulose, instead of sugar, ghee. Dog food for dog.

  • As just an American citizen I firmly believe there is something tragic is coming. Just look at our unsafe country. We don’t think it can happen in our country but it can. When and where no body knows. Be a little prepared for safety purposes. 🇺🇸🇺🇸
  • Legalize (and encourage) GUERILLA GARDENING!! 🥰🥰👃✌️🇨🇦
  • dehydrated mixed veggies!! They add vitamins, minerals and flavor. Store well. Come with or without beans and peas. Buy in bulk and seal in jars.
  • I stock up for winter anyway. I was really prepared for covid because i accidentally found out early. I bought everything for sanitizing masks and you name it. I do this before flu season but toilet paper wasnt on my list. Who knew
  • Don't PANIC .... use moderation to add things that store well and that your family will actually eat. Cooking oil is not essential, cooking fat can come from butter and animal fats like pork and even beef bone marrow. Learn about alternatives and be sure to ask your elderly relatives so that they share their knowledge from previous years of hard times in your region.
