I’m a kid, and getting out of school for summer break really let me try and learn to cook for myself when I’m at home. I tried the country omelet today and it actually looked pretty good!! Thanks to this video, I actually made something that I was proud of :) Thanks man!!

Man, I recently had a job where they were absolutely on my case for doing the omelette the same exact way you're doing but expected it in under 4 minutes with zero browning with a trip fold. I felt like crap cause I couldn't get it down but I know that omelette always tasted good af! Thank you for your teachings!

I just made for the first time in my life a omelette, and it was a French omelette, and I've got to say that thanks to you was a massive success! It wasn't perfect but it was delightful! Thank you so much for teaching me how to do it. You just gained a sub for life!
