Hey Spring Valley B12 is good I buy the pill bottle from Walmart the same brand & I buy the Fish Oil by Spring Valley too, I been taking them for a little over 10 years. They all help. Hey My oldest son turned 45 last month. Good to get a pill case with the Days of the week & if you take pills 3× get the case that has the days & Morning, Noon & night it will help you keep track of what you took. I bought the pink bag too when I went to pick up my BOPIS from the Gingham BOGO. I paid full price on it, but I saw that a percentage off the whole store is coming on Friday. I might return and repurchase. Do you know if the pink bag was available on Monday online for the BOGO? I didn’t see it until I went in store on Tuesday. I plan on using the little square shaped bag as a coin purse and maybe the longer one for lipgloss & lipstick for inside my purse. The big bag I will use for makeup.

I use those little bags when I travel for room keys, car keys, tips for bellhops. Perimenopause is probably also the reason you're having more difficulty with sleep. Those are all good tips from your family and doctor. Tfs!

I enjoyed this video and all of your videos. I hope you have a wonderful vacation and stay safe. I understand what you’re saying about having some memory loss issues. I am 57 years old and my doctor told me to do what you are doing. When my 2 oldest grandchildren came we will get a deck of cards and use either the black ones or the red ones and mix them up and try to match them up. Of course they always win. 😮my memory is not good. There is some games online that my grandson and I play. I don’t remember the name of the games. See I am already forgetting 😮 lol.
