--------
In this clip, Herman ‘Cowboy’ Douglas detailed the lead up to Nipsey Hussle being fatally shot in front of the Marathon Store in 2019. Cowboy spoke about being present the day of the shooting and provided details about what he saw (or didn’t see) and what he heard. For starters, Cowboy said it’s false that Nipsey called Eric Holder a snitch and said their exchange wasn’t particularly hostile. He also revealed the reckless behavior Holder was displaying in their hood prior to the Nipsey shooting.

Imagine watching your little homie grow up and do everything he said he would. You can hear how proud cowboy was in his voice.
  • Nothing but respect to Cowboy for going against the hood for his friend. That's a real friend. You can't find those these days💯
  • Long live Nip. He had so much left- his journey was just beginning. My soul still hurt. But like LL said at the conclusion of her speech at his funeral… “The Marathon Continues”

Boosie hit the nail on the head, "jealousy" is a cold piece.

This guy was definitely going through some stuff. The motto is, crazy folks every where and at the odds are you gone lose some folks you really like and Nip might have been one of them for a lot of people. None of us are promised tomorrow. They say, that’s one thing that makes life even more special and empowers us to be grateful 🙏🏾.
  • Picturing Nip chillin in the lot on a 4 wheeler at 7 in the morning. Just goes to show even as a Millionaire and well known celebrity how at home he felt in his hood. Growin up in Cleveland during Bone Thugs' run i remember seeing them in the hood, specifically during the success of The Creepin On A Come Up cd. Used to see them in the hood chillin like they were still just regular dudes who didn't have a hit record playing EVERYWHERE and a hit video playing EVERYWHERE.

You can see the pain in cowboy eyes long live nip 🙏
  • They loved Nip so much listen to how they say "Nip" with a smile on their face. They looked up to him and he was younger than them. Wow man rip brother
  • One man’s hatred caused this much ordeal. I don’t know the entire story, but to have that much success and go back in front of people who ALSO want that success is like dangling meat in front of wolves. And to actually kick him while he’s on the ground. I don’t know if people realise how much hatred you must have for someone to do that. That tells me he’s been wanting to make a move on Nip, he felt the need to knock him off his ‘perceived’ high horse. SMH.
  • Man. I really still can't believe Nip is gone. I been fw bro since 2007. Bullets aint got no name mixtape. And I'm from Georgia. I really kno alot of his catalog word for word. Nip wuz different. He woulda got his hands ona Billion eventually. I saw that man manifest his whole career. He wuz a HUGE inspiration for entrepreneurs. He got killed by a lame ass weirdo. Strate buster. The world wuz a better place wit Nip in it. Rest in peace bro. Yo name gone live forever
  • @JaeThaGemini

I appreciate his honesty about his drug use. This is why I believe him because he didn’t need to volunteer that information.
